KBSGZY mine flameproof mobile substation is composed of mine flameproof high voltage switch, mine flameproof dry transformer, mine flameproof low voltage switch, dry transformer and high and low voltage switch are connected by bolts. When the high and low voltage switches are removed and the high and low voltage cable outlet boxes are installed respectively, the KBSG mine flameproof dry type transformer can be formed. Advantages of flameproof dry type transformer for mine
1) Low product loss and small no-load current.
2) The product has low impedance, high strength, good power supply quality and strong short-circuit resistance. The transformer body adopts high-strength design and manufacturing technology, strong short-circuit resistance, strong ability to withstand long-term high-power motor direct start, and reliable operation of the transformer.
3) Transformer noise is low, 5~10dB lower than the national standard. The product adopts high quality silicon steel sheet and special noise reduction technology, so that the transformer noise is controlled in a lower range and the operation is quieter.
4) The product has strong thermal shock ability and large overload capacity. The transformer coil adopts C-class insulation material as longitudinal insulation, and the normal operating temperature rise is controlled at the H-class insulation level, which strengthens the short-term over-load capacity of the transformer and improves the operation performance and service life of the product.
5) The shell of the product is flameproof type, thick steel box structure, with excellent flameproof performance and sufficient mechanical strength and corrosion resistance. The shell has a large heat dissipation area, low temperature rise, safer and more reliable operation, and long service life.
6) The local discharge is small, the insulation performance is good, and the temperature and dust are not sensitive. The high and low voltage coils are made of C-class insulated Nomex paper coated with oxygen-free copper wires. The dielectric constant of Nomex paper produced by DuPont is very close to that of air. The electric field around the coils is uniform, the local discharge is small, and it is not sensitive to high temperature and humidity.
