New design products - 15mva 33/11KV power transformer adopt anti-corrosion design, C5-M -Anti-Corrosion paintings， thickness≥ 320μM, also pass slat spray test. transformer are hot-dip galvanised with a zinc coating after sandblasting and an acid bath and finally coated with a layer of C5-M 320 µm thick. This layer build-up requires about 4-6 flow-coating passes, also pass slat spray test.
