What is the dry type transformer Construction and features

1. The three-limb iron core is made of oblique cut Grain-oriented, low-loss, seven-step silicon steel laminations insulated on both sides, guaranteeing low losses and low noise and these values are even improved by laser treatment. It is protected on the surface with a flash-proof varnish in order to prevent the sheet from corroding and to reduce the noise.
2. Clamping frame: it adopts CNC cutting, bending and one punch forming processes, the hole’s size is accurate and the appearancelooks delicate

4. TheTransformer winding generally consists of aluminum or copperfoils isolated to increase short-circuit withstanding capability The HV winding adopts an aluminum or copper coil insulated by the F or H class insulation system as the conductor casted in vacuum  
5. In order to avoid the fire and pollution, Varelen practicesstrict exclusive casting system of F(155℃)or H(180℃). After the winding process is finished, the windings will be put in the mould, injected the epoxy resin and casted in the cast resin equipment.
